  • After purchase is complete, your plan will automatically sync over for you to begin. I will be in touch directly to go over any individual training/nutrition concerns. These workouts are scheduled for specific days, HOWEVER we are working this to fit right in with YOUR current hectic schedule so you will have the option to work on your own available days.
