This program is for beginners/anyone who has taken a bit of time because LIFE, and are jumping back in. You will need a Bench/Couch/Chair, Step/Sturdy stool, Weights (variety if you can), Loop/Band....YOU and your commitment for the next 8 weeks.

How it works

  • After purchase is complete and we have been in touch directly to go over any individual training/nutrition concerns, your plan will be sent over for you to begin. These workouts are scheduled for specific days, HOWEVER we are working this to fit right in with YOUR current hectic schedule so if the days don't work, let me know and we can move them.
